Bestyrelsen
Bestyrelsen på Den Europæiske Filmhøjskole mødes 4-5 gange om året og spiller en central rolle i styringen af skolen. Som overordnet er bestyrelsen ansvarlig over for de bevilgende instanser og over for skolens bagland. Bestyrelsesmedlemmerne vælges på generalforsamling af skolekredsen, men de kan også selv udpege.

Bodil Bach
Bodil Bach is an experienced board member in a number of cultural and educational institutions in the region. As a Djursland-based lawyer she has a widespread local network and takes great interest in the retention and development of local educational and cultural projects. She is former head of Fonden Aarhus Kunstbygning and was for many years a board member in Aarhus Kunstbygnings venner. Bodil Bach played a leading role in the successful establishment of the private Ugelbølle Friskole when the council closed down the public school in her neighbourhood, and for six years she was head of the school’s board.
Espen Højlund
Espen is Managing Director and Partner at Advice Agency, where he has been employed since 2001. He focuses on overall business strategic challenges and opportunities. He translates them into services, content, and stories in close interaction with the customer's decision-makers Espen divides his time between the agency in Copenhagen and his Djursland home, Sølballegaard.
Henrik Højer
Henrik Højer is an associate professor and program coordinator at VIA University College, Department of Film & Transmedia in Aarhus. He is also a writer, video- essayist and former editor of the film journal 16:9 and has co-written and co-edited several anthologies on film and media. Henrik Højer has 25 years of teaching experience in film and media and holds a MA in Scandinavian Literature and Film Studies.
Jørgen Ramskov
Board Chairperson. Jørgen Ramskov is a freelance consultant and experienced board member. Jørgen, who graduated as journalist in 1988, now has more than 30 years of experience as leader, CEO, and board member in places such as Radio 24syv, DR, The Danish Film Institute, Nimbus Film, and Copenhagen International Film Festival. Jørgen Ramskov has been a member of the EFC board since 21 June 2021. Jørgen Ramskov has been a member of the EFC board since 21 June 2021.
Lisbeth Katborg Bjerre
Deputy Chairperson. Lisbeth Katborg Bjerre is Director of Communication, Student Life and Global Engagement at VIA University College. She is an experienced journalist and used to be Head of Communications at the Mayor’s Office in Aarhus.
Vibeke Vogel
Vibeke Vogel is a film producer with 30 years of experience. She established Bullitt Film in Copenhagen in 2007. She is devoted to the production of independent high end creative documentaries for national and international audiences. Aside from production, she has been active as a teacher, mentor and also board member at several occasions related to film and the arts, one of them Nordisk Panorama. Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, lives in Denmark since many years.
